Upgraded GitHub Actions
checkoutaction from v4 to v6 across all workflow files. This includes updates to:.github/workflows/check-format.yaml.github/workflows/check-types.yaml.github/workflows/lint.yamlAlso fixed trailing newline formatting in workflow files.
